Yin is a slow paced yoga practice where we will hold deep stretches for about 3 minutes. Props will be available for support as you sink into these postures. We will move through a sequence of yin postures, while holding each shape Paola will be supporting with Reiki. Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that awakens the body’s innate ability to heal, promote balance, deep relaxation, and inner peace. When combined with the stillness of Yin Yoga, it enhances energetic flow, supports emotional release, and nurtures healing on all levels-mind, body, & spirit.
