YIN YOGA


Unwind into stillness with this deeply nourishing 75-minute Yin Yoga practice. Postures are primarily seated or reclined and held for 3–5 minutes with minimal effort, fully supported by props. This slow, intentional approach gently targets the body’s connective tissues—fascia, ligaments, and joints—especially in the hips, spine, and shoulders.

Moments of rest between poses allow the body to absorb and integrate each stretch, creating space for both physical release and inner calm. With a focus on quiet breath awareness, simple guidance, and meditative stillness, this class invites you to slow down and reconnect.

All levels welcome. No standing sequences or flowing movements.

VINYASA FLOW


This is a breath-driven flow with a steady pace and just enough heat to wake everything up. We’ll move through creative sequences—sun salutations, standing work, balance, and core—building strength and mobility while staying connected to the breath.

The guidance is clear and flexible, so you can take what you need. If you’re newer, you’ll feel supported. If you’ve been practicing, there’s space to explore and push a little deeper.

We ease out with a slower cool-down and a spacious savasana, so you leave feeling grounded, clear, and recharged.

Slow Flow & Restore


Ease in with a longer, nourishing warm-up before moving into a slow, steady flow that links breath with gentle, intentional movement. Poses are held just long enough to build awareness without rushing, creating a calm, unhurried rhythm throughout.

We wind things down with an extended cool-down and a spacious savasana to help the body soften and the nervous system reset. Guidance is clear and adaptable, so you can move in a way that feels right for you.

Sculpt& Burn (Bands & COre)


A 45-minute, full-body sculpt class that blends Pilates-inspired movement with a light bootcamp feel. Using mini bands and bodyweight resistance, we target the core, glutes, arms, and smaller stabilizing muscles with controlled exercises designed to build strength and tone.

The pace is steady and manageable, with moments of challenge balanced by opportunities to reset. You’ll feel the work without feeling overwhelmed.

Guidance is clear and supportive, with options offered throughout so you can move at a level that feels right for you.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, energized, and more connected to your body.
